Turbo Training Dates 2010/11

Held at Sutton St Nicholas Village Hall

2 hour session between 1900 hrs – 2100 hrs

Followed by strength and stretching exercises

£2 per session inc Tea / Coffee / Biscuits

Turbo session led by Bill Berry, who will assist in your training, bike set up and answer any questions you may have.
